1. Description of Service

LinkATrip is a travel planning application that allows you to:

• Save and organize travel inspiration from various sources
• Create and manage trip itineraries
• Plan budgets and track expenses
• Discover destinations and book travel services
• Store travel-related information offline

2. Account Registration

2.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple. By creating an account, you consent to our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service.

2.2 Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your credentials
• Notify us of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

2.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old. If under 18, you need parental consent.

3. User Content & Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create within LinkATrip, including trips, saved links, itineraries, notes, and photos. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display this content solely to provide the service to you. We will never use your content for advertising or share it with third parties.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware
• Is fraudulent or misleading

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial travel planning purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App for any illegal purpose

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Premium Features

The App offers both free features and premium subscription plans (“LinkATrip Premium”).

5.2 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Payment is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled

6. Third-Party Services

The App may link to third-party websites (airlines, hotels). We do not endorse or assume responsibility for these services. Your use of external services is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and graphics, is owned by LinkATrip and protected by copyright and trademark laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

We do not guarantee:

• Availability at all times
• Accuracy of travel information
• Error-free operation

Always verify travel information before making decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkATrip shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or data loss
• Actions of third-party services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time directly from the app (Profile → Delete Account). Upon deletion, all your personal data — including trips, saved links, bookings, photos, and files — is permanently and immediately removed from our servers. This action is irreversible. We do not retain backups of deleted accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms in the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
